As mentioned on Wealthy Affiliate: Finding a Reputable Affiliate Program –Part 2 there are at least three different ways to choose your wealthy affiliate program:
Digital Products:
One of the most common and great ways to find affiliate programs with digital products is http://www.clickbank .com. It contains thousands of programs that can be downloaded. These products have great advantages:
- They are reasonable and non-expensive
- Lower ratio of returns
- Provide the customer with immediate gratification
What does a wealthy affiliate looks for?
1) Price:
- Range between $30 and $70
If the price is between $30 and $70 dollars you don’t want your commission to be less than 50% or $15 per sale. Going less than that it is not worth your time an effort
- Range between $70 & $200
With a higher sale price you lower your commission to 40% or $80.00 per sale. In other words, the higher the price tag the lower the commission.
Warning: A higher price tag requires a great deal on sale strategies or the higher the price the harder to sale.
2) Products that have recurring billing or subscription based are an exception. Since you get paid every time the customer renews the subscription you can lower your commission to 30%
3) Take a look at the High Gravity Rating the higher the gravity the more it sales. This is a good indication of a product in a high demand market.
4) Take a look at the sales pages and decide if it has a good conversion or not. One way to do this is to ask the question: Am I convinced? Do I want to buy? Then, the program is worth promoted.
