One of the most important things you can do every single day is feed your heart, soul and mind. If you are honest to yourself and others your integrity will be seen and shared. If you want to achieve your dreams in life including true happiness you must come from your heart and help others first. You can’t be faked, you must be honest to those you come in contact with and offer them as much as you possible can for them to achieve their dreams, and then all of yours will come to you as well.

While this matter can be very difficult for most people, my view is that there has to be a middle or common ground that we all can find. I do appreciate that you’ve added relevant and intelligent commentary here though. Thank you!
